Running in the USA – everything in the US of A.
Brazen Racing – great San Francisco Bay Area organizer. Best shirts ever and great courses for all skill levels.
Minutes/Mile Pace Calculator – works for kilometers too.
Minute/Miles to KMs – coverts all kinds of speed and time calculations.
Hal Higdon – Hal is a running legend who publishes great, training programs for novice, intermediate and advantage runners along with solid running advise. Thanks Hal!
Kinetic Revolution – James Dunne is a coach and physical therapist who produces several helpful videos, and blog posts about injury prevention and running technique. He’s a wealth of information, and he take the time to delves deeper into the explanations and reasons for running injuries and/or prevention so you have a better understanding of how to take care of yourself or why you are injured.
Run Chat – a motivating Twitter chat group that meets up on Sundays for an hour with runners from around the world. The group tweets throughout the week with #runchat and the Sunday night chat is sponsored by a runner company who usually has discounts and raffle prizes to those who participate in the chat. While free stuff and discounts are cool, for me the real benefit is the community chat where you can commiserate, celebrate and learn from fellow runners. This has been an inspiring online way to coneect to other runners.
Rungo – turn by turn navigational ap that has great running routes from all around the world.
SpiBelt – this snug but comfortable (read:no sloshing around and driving you crazy), functional and indispensable running belt is part of every run and race I do. I love it! You can follow them on twitter – @spiblelt
